Dear GUGC Students,
GUGC continues to monitor the outbreak of the Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) and work closely with the Korean Ministry of Education and Incheon Global Campus Foundation to ensure the safety of our students, faculty and staff.
In response to Korean Ministry of Education and Incheon Global Campus Foundation guidelines, GUGC management has decided to postpone the first day of classes for the spring 2020 to Monday, March 2, 2020 in order to protect the health and safety of our new and returning students for the spring semester.
In that regard, we announce several updates to the Spring 2020 schedule.
1, Orientation dates and academic information session for new students has been postponed.
The modified schedule as follows:

2. Move-in Day for the Spring 2020 new students has been postponed to February 29, 2020.
Detailed guidelines will be provided by GUGC Student Services Division by email shortly.
3. Move-in Day for the returning students is not changed. Returning students can move into
the IGC dormitory from February 17, 2020.
Ghent University Global Campus will continue to monitor the evolving novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) situation and provide updates to ensure the health and safety of GUGC Community Members,
