We hope you are doing well and staying safe regardless of the outbreak of COVID-19.
It is with a great sorrow to announce that the Campus Life orientation that was to be held on the 24th will be CANCELLED due to the recent expansion of COVID-19.
We are as saddened as you are to not be able to meet you personally.
However, because we still want you to be informed and wish for you to have the full contented college experience and information, we have attached what would have been given at the orientation originally.
In the attached file, you may find a packet of information that will help you including the following:
- Student ID
- Leave of Absence & Returning
- Student Dormitory
- Campus Involvement
- Career Development Program
For Student ID cards, the students are to decide which ID card they would prefer. You may see the details below.

You MUST make an appointment with the Student Services Division in order for you to visit the office (Gh419) to make your student ID.

PLEASE DO NOT RE-WRITE YOUR NAME ON TOP OF SOMEBODY ELSE’S NAME.
*This applies to the returning students as well.*
New students may receive their lab coats and the welcome package when they visit the Student Services to make your student ID. (If you are a returning student and need a lab coat, you MUST purchase it on your own.)
Also, a photo zone will be available for the students on the 1st floor of the building.
As for the photo zone and the welcome package, it will be available ONLY during the week of Monday, August 31st – Friday, September 4th.
The Academic Orientation that is to be held on the 26th is NOT canceled and the information will be e-mailed to you by the Academic Affairs.
