겐트대학교 글로벌캠퍼스는 2025년 2월 20일, 벨기에 상공회의소 대표단을 캠퍼스에 맞이하여 대학의 연구 및 교육 활동을 소개하는 자리를 가졌다.
이번 방문에서는 벨기에 상공회의소 소속 관계자 및 벨기에 경제분야 주요 인사들이 함께하여 겐트대학교 글로벌캠퍼스의 학문적 성과와 연구 인프라를 직접 경험했다.
방문단은 캠퍼스 투어를 통해 생명공학, 환경공학, 식품공학 분야의 최신 연구 시설을 둘러보았으며, 특히, 겐트대학교 글로벌캠퍼스가 보유한 첨단 연구실과 혁신적인 학술 프로그램은 방문단의 큰 관심을 받았다.
겐트대학교 글로벌캠퍼스는 이번 방문을 계기로 VOKA 및 벨기에 기업들과의 협력을 더욱 강화하고, 연구와 산업 간의 시너지를 창출할 수 있는 다양한 기회를 모색해 나갈 계획이다
Visit of the Flemish Chamber of Commerce and Industry to Ghent University Global Campus
On February 20, 2025, Ghent University Global Campus welcomed a delegation from the Flemish Chamber of Commerce and Industry, providing an opportunity to introduce the university’s research and educational activities.
During the visit, representatives from the Flemish Chamber of Commerce and key figures from Belgium’s economic sector experienced firsthand the academic achievements and research infrastructure of Ghent University Global Campus.
The delegation participated in a campus tour, exploring the latest research facilities in the fields of biotechnology, environmental engineering, and food engineering. In particular, they showed great interest in the cutting-edge laboratories and innovative academic programs at Ghent University Global Campus.
Leveraging this visit, Ghent University Global Campus aims to further strengthen collaboration with VOKA and Belgian enterprises, seeking various opportunities to create synergy between research and industry
